The information you provide will only be available to the Parents Jury coordinators and will not be reported in a manner that will identify you. No personal details will be passed on to a third party without your prior written consent.

If at any time you decide you no longer wish to be part of the Parents Jury, you can withdraw by emailing enquiries@parentsjury.org.au .
